HOW TO REGISTER:
To register for the 2022 AIZEN/University of Alabama International Conference, you have two options. You can select the PayPal option to register online and click on the registration button below. You may also print out the PDF registration form and mail it with your check (US only) or money order to the following address:

REGISTRATION POLICY:
- Before registering, each participant must get an official letter from the AIZEN confirming his/her participation in the conference.
- Registration fee must be paid prior to October 31, 2021. After this deadline, there will be a surcharge of $25.00 for regular participants, and a surcharge of $20.00 for doctoral students.

Please note that the cut off day for registration is December 15, 2021. The online registration will be closed after this date. All mailed registrations must be postmarked by Dec. 31, 2021.
Participants must have a PhD or currently be registered in a doctoral program. All doctoral students must provide a photocopy of their school I.D. to register for the conference.
PARTICIPATION POLICY:
- Papers submitted for presentation at the conference must be unpublished.
- Registration fees include mandatory AIZEN membership and they are non-refundable.
- Papers (20 minutes, maximum) must be read by their authors.
- Papers may be presented in English or French.

- Avant de s'inscrire, chaque participant(e) doit recevoir une lettre officielle de l'AIZEN confirmant sa participation au colloque.
- Le montant de l’inscription doit être payé avant le 31 octobre 2021. Après cette date-limite, il y aura un supplément de $25.00 pour les participants réguliers, et un supplément de $20.00 pour les doctorants.
- Veuillez prendre note que la date de fermeture pour l’inscription au colloque est le 15 décembre 2021, tant pour les inscriptions en ligne que pour celles postées, le cachet de la poste faisant foi.
- Pour participer au colloque, il faut détenir un doctorat ou être présentement inscrit dans un programme de doctorat. Tous les doctorants doivent fournir une photocopie de leur carte d'identité d'étudiant afin de pouvoir s'inscrire au colloque.
RÈGLEMENTS POUR LA PARTICIPATION:
- Les communications soumises pour présentation au colloque ne doivent pas avoir été publiées.
- Le montant d’inscription inclut l'adhésion obligatoire à l'AIZEN et est non remboursable
- Les communications d’une durée maximale de 20 minutes doivent être lues par leurs auteurs.
- Les communications doivent être présentées en anglais ou en français.
